「CREATORS ROOOM」（以下、「本ウェブサイト」といいます。）は、アッシュ・ペー・フランス株式会社（以下、「HPF」といいます。）のrooms事業部（以下、「rooms」といいます。）が管理・運営しています。
roomsは、本ウェブサイトのユーザーのプライバシー保護に配慮し、本プライバシーポリシーを定めます。

The website of CREATORS ROOOM (hereafter referred to as “the Site”) is managed and operated by “rooms” (hereafter referred to as “rooms”) department of H.P.FRANCE S.A. (hereafter referred to as “HPF”). “rooms” is concerned with protecting the privacy of the Site’s users and has established this Privacy Policy.

1. Managing personal information

rooms makes effort to protect personal information, through constructing a secure corporate information management system and employee education, for the protection from illegal access, disclosure, loss or damage as well as maintaining accuracy of such information.

2. Collection and use of personal information

rooms obtains personal information under prior consent of the individual and uses only where such consent permits. In those cases where rooms intends to use personal information except as those provided in this privacy policy, rooms obtains prior consent of the individual anew.

rooms does not provide personal information to a third party except in the following. Even when providing personal data to a third party, rooms makes effort to protect the information by obligating the third party to hold and make appropriate protection measures.

4. Integrity of personal information

When asked for confirmation or correction of rooms controlled personal data, rooms responds to such requests to the reasonable extent upon individual identification.

HPF abides by the laws and regulations of Japan pertaining to the protection of personal information and continues to review and make efforts to improve HPF’s compliance program including this privacy policy.
